OUR PRODUCTION SITE IN THE VOSGES

We have visited and studied production sites well beyond Europe to design our own approach.

Our sawmill and planing mill are based at Champ-Le-Duc in the Vosges.

A strategic location at the gateway to Europe, set in the forested Vosges mountains. It is on this mountain-ringed site that we designed our industrial process for softwood processing and treatment.

Sawmill

A sawmill rethought from the ground up, based on a Scandinavian process adapted to French and European requirements.

Planing mill

Product quality and custom-made capability for reliable production and innovative profiles.

Drying and energy production unit

Where timber drying meets energy optimisation, through the valorisation of production waste.

A sawing unit in the heart of the Vosges

This new sawing unit is state-of-the-art, with a process inspired by Scandinavian methods.

The main line, a HEW SAW (Finland), handles diameters from 12 cm to 45 cm and lengths from 2.40 m to 6 m. A second line, dedicated to larger timber, processes diameters above 45 cm and up to 1 m.

What sets us apart is that we have paired this new unit with matching drying capacity. Our model stands out by sorting the timber once it is dry.

This makes it possible to eliminate any defects that may appear during the drying cycle.
